Ken Burge Shares How He Stays Productive

In the December issue of Joel Comm’s Top 1% Report, Ken Burge shares his personal plan to stay focused and productive.  He says the key to becoming more productive can be accomplished in three easy steps:

1. Set aside dedicated two-hour “project time” blocks
2. Tell others your plan and set boundaries
3. Don’t fill your day with only project time

I will be giving this a try over the coming weeks.  I typically switch from task to task in any given day based on the demands of my clients but will use Ken’s strategy to plan project time for my own personal projects and marketing initiatives.
