A few weeks ago, I ran a survey about a series of video tutorials for your online business.
Your answers have helped me make some changes to what I had been planning to create so THANK YOU for your valuable feedback. You’ve really helped me!
The tutorials are well on their way to being filmed. In fact, I just happen to be finishing a series right now. I started last week and I’m probably going to finish it by tomorrow. The course will officially be released on Tuesday.
It’s called “Smiling Customer Service: The No-Nonsense Guide To Being An Indispensible Customer Care Specialist”
My new course will be released in two parts. The first is aimed at anyone who has little or no Internet business or even technical skills. If you’re mystified by the Internet and have no idea how to “surf the web” or send e-mail, then this course is for you!
You see, I want to empower people to get over the technical overwhelm they sometimes feel when faced with starting an online business. Eliminating overwhelm starts with mastery of the two tools you’ll need most in your online business (an internet browser and an e-mail program).
If you’re already comfortable with technology – then the advanced course may be more up your alley. You’ll want to keep your eyes open for more details about the advanced program because I’ll be sharing my best tips about the number 1 tool in any internet business: the online shopping cart.
Here’s why I think these courses may be valuable to you or someone you know:
1) The Online Business Market Is Booming. Everyone is teaching how to start an online business. Any one of these courses will lay a solid foundation for your online business. But no one is actually showing you how to use the tools you’ll need to succeed, so many would be entrepreneurs get stuck and never take steps towards starting the business of their dreams. My courses will lay it all out, in easy to follow, step-by-step videos.
2) Outsourcing Is Seen As The Number 1 Key To Online Success. Once you have your business plan, the masters are advising you to outsource the technical stuff that needs to get done. But that can get expensive: especially if you’re starting out. And demand currently exceeds supply. There’s a huge demand for top Virtual Assistants who can step into any business and get things done fast. My courses will teach you to do the work yourself or teach your assistants how to get it right the first time, every time.
3) A Growing Number Of People Are Looking To Supplement Their Income. Particularly moms who want to be able to stay home with their children. I want to give them the tools and skills they’ll need to be able to support online entrepreneurs and stay home with their children.
So whether you’re an online entrepreneur who is looking to master the skills you need to manage your online business or whether you’re looking to eliminate the learning curve for your virtual assistant or especially if you’re a mom (or you know a mom) who is hoping to be able to earn some income while staying home with the kids, then be sure to keep an eye out for my announcement next week.
I’ll have something exciting to share with you.
Keep Smiling!
~ Deborah 🙂
